Delivery timelines are discussed case-by-case and are subject to:

  • Availability of data/input from user

  • Complexity of research or service

  • Time taken for reviews, revisions, approvals

Delays due to user inaction or late communication are not our responsibility.

8. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shared via email, WhatsApp, or proposal

  • Payment must be made in full or as per agreed milestone before service begins

  • Payment gateways used are PCI-DSS compliant

  • Tax (if applicable) will be added

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the intellectual nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. Cancellation must be requested within 2 hours of payment. In case of any dispute, partial adjustments or credits may be offered at our discretion.

Important: No refund will be entertained if the delay is caused due to the client’s failure to provide required data or approvals on time.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • University rejections

  • Loss of marks or funding

  • Plagiarism accusations due to user’s misuse

  • Missed deadlines due to user delay

  • Journal rejection (unless publication guarantee is offered in writing)

In no event shall Deep Research InfoTech, its team, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All views expressed in our podcast sessions or interviews are personal to the speaker and do not represent official advice. Podcast content is created for educational and discussion purposes only.

12. Publication Disclaimer

We provide editing, formatting, ISBN, and distribution support. We do not claim authorship. The author remains responsible for originality, references, and content ethics.

13. Google Services and Tracking

We use tools like Google Analytics, Ads, and Facebook Pixels to improve user experience. By using the site, you consent to such tracking as per our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Links & Integrations
